Taking our most recent and progressive wave shapes, and very slightly increasing length and width, gives us the reference board for riders who prefer a thruster setup while staying just as radical as the Quad. On the same principle as the Banzai concept, this is essentially a single wave board offered in two setups. Starting from the same exuberant, recent shapes as the Custom Quad, with the addition of a faster, sharper tail rocker, the Custom Thruster carries even more speed, stability and lift than the Quad. Just as radical, the Thruster is nonetheless a little more forgiving. The primary goal of these progressive boards was to apply the lessons learned from our favorite new Custom Quads by adding much greater versatility. This is the Custom Thruster 4 Pro Carbon. Generation 4. Both boards are faster and lighter, with more comfort and control. Custom US Box fin boxes for lightness and compatibility, removed deck sticker for more lightness and durability. Noticing that more and more riders love the Custom Thruster for bump & jump, we also refined its low-end speed characteristics, to get planing sooner, jump higher, without deviating an inch from those radical turns that stay etched in memory long after the session ends. That's why the Custom Thruster has a more curved outline than the One, designed for the rider more focused on the wave.
