All our packages are delivered by trusted companies such as Canpar, Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator or others. You will receive an email from the selected supplier which will contain delivery information (reference number, etc.). Please check your spam if you don't receive anything in your inbox.
All our orders are delivered between 1 and 10 business days. We will contact you if additional delays are expected.

All orders over $200 before taxes benefit from free delivery*. A fixed rate of $24.99 + taxes applies to any order whose value is less than $200 before taxes.

In the event of breakage during transport, the customer has 48 hours from the date of receipt to notify 30 Noeuds via email at 30noeud@gmail.com with supporting photos.
For international shipments, call us in store.
