What size should I buy?
If you're not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides. They can be found under the sizes available for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand, we change our minds too!
As much as we wish, once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it. (We hope to have an undo button someday in the future.)
Shipping, returns and exchanges
We use the most efficient and affordable local carriers and courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
Once you have completed checkout, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our processing team has received your order. Once your order is packaged and sent, you will receive a second email notification including your tracking information.
Delivery costs are not refundable in the event of a return.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship everywhere in Canada.
