30-DAY RETURNS POLICY (DOES NOT APPLY TO CONSIGNMENT ITEMS)
We accept returns for exchange or refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Returned items must be in new condition with the original tags still attached if this was originally the case. No exceptions. The final decision to determine whether the product can be returned remains at the discretion of 30 Noeuds. If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for a return, please contact us by email or telephone.
Products identified as a final sale as well as products sold at a 35% discount cannot be returned under any circumstance. These products are considered a final sale.
Items must be returned clean, odorless and free of hair/animal hair.
Items clearly marked as final sale will not be exchangeable or refundable.
No exchanges or returns for swimsuits, bikinis or underwear.

If the purchased item must be returned to the store by delivery service, the return delivery will be at the customer's expense even if the initial delivery was free.
The customer is responsible for packaging the product properly and is also responsible for any breakage occurring during return delivery.

For any item purchased 5 working days before the start of a promotion in which it is part, 30 Noeuds will offer a price adjustment as long as this item is still available in the same color and size.
