Dual Fusion Core: Available in 110–135L sizes, balancing weight and durability. 10–15% lighter and stronger than previous builds, with a more responsive feel. Biaxial Carbon with Unidirectional carbon patching, and glass reinforcements throughout. Balance of stiffness and strength.

Description.
Built for downwind, parawing, wing and for versatility across surf, open ocean swells, rivers, and lakes.
With a precisely optimized rocker, 18.75” width across all sizes, and refined over dozens of prototypes, V3 delivers increased glide, stability, and speed in both open-water and inland conditions.
Inspired by our big wave gun contours, and redesigned nose to tail volume distribution across a flatter displacement hull enhances acceleration, smooth takeoffs, and control in choppy waters, crosswind conditions, and mixed swell. The Dragonfly 3 is built for downwind foiling, lightwind winging, surf foiling, and parawinging, making it a true daily driver for foilers seeking versatility in a variety of conditions.
Ideal Locations: Maliko, Maui, Hood River, La Ventana, San Francisco Bay, Great Lakes, Tarifa, Sydney Bays.
Shape.
Disciplines: Its new shape benefits all disciplines, Short period river or lake runs, Messy open occean eddies, Parawing, Light-wind wing, or everyday Sup.
Stability: The consistent 18.75” width provides excellent directional stability across a range of conditions, with improved tracking and control compared to previous wider or flatter designs.
Takeoff: Effective for both “bounce and glide” takeoffs in smaller waves, while also offering higher paddling speeds in longer period open water.
Nice to have. Nice to know.
New Universal Track System.
In-house designed 14” reinforced foil-specific track boxes with puncture-resistant channels for durability. Compatibility across hardware types, mast lengths, and mounting positions.
Refined Lightweight Slotted Traction.
Maximum grip at 50% of the weight of previous traction pad designs. Enhanced feel and response while pumping or carving.
Balanced All-Around Shape.
Uniform 18.75” width across the Dragonfly 3 line delivering the perfect balance between stability and maneuverability for a wide range of conditions.
Ginxu Step Bottom.
The patented Ginxu Step Bottom reduces baseplate drag, enhances takeoff, improves touchdown recovery, while creating a balanced, even-footed ride from nose to tail.
Big Wave Gun-Inspired Design.
Draws from shapes used by elite riders like Kai Lenny in high-speed, choppy conditions Adapted for foiling versatility across disciplines.
Subtle Double Displacement Hull.
A flatter displacement shape with subtle contours. More stable and less “tippy” than previous generations, while maintaining fast acceleration and clean takeoff.
Performance-Focused Aerodynamics.
Aero-tuned nose and tail curves reduce windage and improve crosswind performance. Refined through testing with Kai Lenny, Kane de Wilde, Otis Buckingham, and the KT team.
