Designer Ken Winner brought the side battens inward, which stiffens and stabilizes the profile, reduces the wing's weight as well as the size of the tips. This makes the new Ventis very easy to handle for all riders, regardless of their build or level, even in the largest sizes (7m and 8m). The Ventis is equipped with a ripstop canopy (50g), ultra lightweight for maximum efficiency and performance even in marginal conditions. Designed to frame the lift and reinforce stability, the side battens maintain a constant profile depth and canopy tension for smooth, stable power. The refined profile and tip twist not only improve performance in light winds, they also improve upwind ability and guarantee a smoother ride in gusts. The ergonomic design of the center batten, fitted with a carbon handle, lets you ride comfortably with one hand, reducing fatigue and letting you enjoy each session longer.
