Foil Wing Set Whizz SLS

The Whizz SLS, with a mid aspect ratio of 8.5, offers a balanced profile, equally capable in maneuverability and pumping. Its straight, zero-sweep outline optimizes the lift-to-drag balance, improving pumping efficiency. Distinctive in shape, especially from the front, the wing features a progressive dihedral that makes it playful to handle and extremely responsive.

Our design team used a reliable, robust profile similar to that of our dedicated pumping wing, the Glide 2145. This profile delays stall and allows riders to exit waves at low speed while continuing to pump effectively. Each Whizz size is finely tuned with its own thickness and camber to ensure sustained lift at low speed and a wide acceleration range in established conditions.

The Whizz comes with dedicated stabilizers. The Stabilizer S is characterized by minimal sweep and a slight dihedral angle, which enhances the feeling of fun and freedom. This unique profile, different from our P and C stabilizers, also improves pumping efficiency.

The Whizz SLS range is available in 850, 1000, 1200 and 1450. The smaller sizes are aimed primarily at experienced riders looking for maximum maneuverability in waves, and also suit Wing and Kite Foiling. The larger sizes are designed for beginners or heavier riders looking for an easy platform to learn or improve their Prone or Wake Foiling skills. They're also ideal for SUP Foiling in slow, low-power swell conditions and offer a playful option as dockstart wings for intermediate to advanced riders.

For optimal performance, we recommend pairing the Whizz front wing with our 66cm Aluminum fuselage, positioned slightly forward in your tracks compared to our Carve or Glide wings. For more playfulness, consider our shorter 60cm fuselage, or for a more controlled ride, our longer 74cm option is available.
